Guitar Lessons
In 2023 Olly began teaching Guitar to students across all ages working at the Academy of Rock in Ashby, Quorn Music Tuition and at home in Loughborough, Leicestershire. He now also offers online tuition. With a degree in Professional Musicianship specialising in Guitar he knows his way around the fretboard and can help you perfect your rhythm and lead playing. You will gain a wealth of knowledge in instrument technique and music theory shaped to your playing style and learn a repertoire of hit songs throughout the lessons.

How can I book a Guitar lesson and what should I expect during my first lesson?
You can book a Guitar lesson by contacting me at olly@odiemusic.co.uk, 07492 718871 or alternatively scheduling a free call at https://calendly.com/odiemusic. During the first lesson (depending on ability) we will either go through open chords and learn the basics or I'll assess your ability and direct the lessons catered to the style you want to learn
What equipment do I need for lessons and can you provide instruments?
You will need a Guitar, guitar picks and a metronome (downloaded on your phone). Instruments can be provided but bringing your own is preferred.
What type of Guitar lessons do you offer and what musical styles can I learn?
I can teach both Acoustic and Electric Guitar. I am experienced in various genres.
How long is each lesson and how often should I take them?
I recommend hourly lessons once a fortnight however I can also offer 30 minute and weekly lessons
Do you offer online lessons and how do they work?
I offer 30-minute or 1-hour online lessons over Zoom where a link will be provided prior to the lesson. You must have your own Guitar, a computer or tablet with webcam and a stable internet connection.
